1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 93go ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 93go website, mobile interface, software, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform").

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.

These Terms are supplemented by the 93go Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy available at Responsible Gaming, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms shall prevail over these general Terms with respect to the subject matter of the promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the 93go Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The Company maintains a strict 18+ policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited on the 93go Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a business entity for commercial gambling purposes.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing online casino services constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of that jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of the Company, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and solely for entertainment and/or lawful personal gambling purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 93go Platform or had a 93go account permanently closed for Terms violations.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during routine KYC compliance reviews. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period stipulated by the Company may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending identity confirmation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 93go account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile telephone number, and a date of birth. You undertake to promptly update this information if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 93go account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you and is your financial and legal responsibility.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 93go support immediately via live chat. The Company will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account. However, the Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

The Company is required by its international gaming license to conduct identity verification on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of a legible copy of your CNIC (front and back), a recent proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document not older than three months), and where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

93go accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Netbanking, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits are generally credited to your 93go account within minutes of transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or blockchain network congestion.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The Company reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits based on account verification status, payment method, and applicable promotional terms.

Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 60 minutes; Pakistani bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Allied, SadaPay) — within 24 hours; USDT TRC20 — within 2 hours subject to network conditions. These timelines are indicative and may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

The Company reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by its international gaming license compliance obligations. Such reviews may extend processing times. Players will be notified via email if additional information is required.

4.3 Currency

The 93go Platform operates primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, the PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit will be credited to your account. The Company is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

93go offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed full account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated to be a recurring promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them expire if wagering requirements are not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through coordinated betting, hedge betting, arbitrage strategies, or the creation of multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the 93go Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game shows — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In all cases, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• The results of all Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games are determined by certified and independently audited software. The Company does not and cannot influence game outcomes after a bet has been placed and accepted.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards or physical equipment (roulette wheels) under live camera surveillance. The result shown on your screen is the authoritative result.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical failure during a live session, the Company's decision on the resulting hand or spin is final. Where a fault prevents the determination of a result, the relevant stake will be refunded in full.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. Bets placed in excess of stated maximums may be voided and the excess stake refunded at the Company's discretion.
• All game results are final once confirmed on the Platform. Disputes regarding game results must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the disputed event.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The 93go sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is), football, tennis, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation — the odds shown at confirmation are the final accepted odds.
• All bets are subject to the Company's maximum payout limits, which vary by sport, market, and event. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the sportsbook terms.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay during which odds may change. A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the system — a "Bet Accepted" confirmation message constitutes acceptance.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, including but not limited to odds resulting from data feed errors, technical faults, or manifest pricing mistakes.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, the Company's settlement rules for each sport apply. Generally, matches must commence within 48 hours of the scheduled time for bets to remain valid; otherwise, stakes are refunded.
• The final official result of a sporting event, as recognised by the relevant governing body, is used for settlement purposes. The Company's decision on settlement is final following official result confirmation.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the 93go Platform is fundamental to the experience it provides. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any game software, random number generator, or platform infrastructure.
• Using software robots, artificial intelligence, automated betting systems, or any other non-human mechanisms to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in sports markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to support immediately. Players who exploit errors — knowingly or otherwise — will have associated winnings voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. The Company cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any investigation of financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account wagering designed to meet wagering requirements artificially.

The Company employs sophisticated fraud detection systems, game integrity monitoring, and transaction analysis tools. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended, and all balances may be withheld pending investigation. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in cases involving financial fraud or criminal conduct.

9. Responsible Gaming

93go is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Company recognises that a minority of players may experience difficulties in controlling their gambling behaviour, and has implemented a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a period of 72 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the total amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders that notify a player when they have been logged in for a continuous period of time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session pop-ups displaying current session net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 93go is governed by the 93go Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 93go collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with its international gaming license obligations, and the delivery of platform services. 93go does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period required by applicable regulatory obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 93go Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, imagery, video streams, audio, logos, trademarks, text, and the Platform's underlying code — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 93go and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether the Company had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

93go makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. The Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance windows.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Chargebacks or reversed payment transactions initiated by the player without prior dispute notification to 93go support.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward Company staff or other players.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements under the Company's gaming license.

Upon account closure due to Terms violations, any bonus funds and bonus-generated winnings will be forfeited. Confirmed real-money balances that are not subject to a pending investigation may be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable verification procedures.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting 93go support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any positive real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

14.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 93go Platform, you must first contact the 93go support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. The support team will endeavour to resolve disputes within 5 business days of receiving full details of the complaint. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the informal resolution process, you may escalate the dispute to the Company's formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint via the contact email displayed in Section 16.

The Company will issue a final written response to formal complaints within 28 calendar days. If a resolution is not reached through the Company's internal complaints procedure, disputes may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body specified by the Company's international gaming license authority.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming license. You and the Company irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15. Amendments to These Terms

93go reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via email to the address registered on the account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, a minimum of 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect (except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation or legal necessity, in which case amendments may take effect without prior notice).

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
